After the assessment has been completed, the following reports are available:

The Ranking Report will be available for an assessment with several candidates. This report shows the score of the applicants in percentages. This way you can see the most suitable candidate at a glance.

Interview report: In addition to the applicant’s score for the position, you gain insight into the candidate’s talents, points for development, and pitfalls. For each test item, it is indicated exactly how the candidate scores. Additionally, it contains examples of interview questions to be able to continue asking specific questions per competence.

Personal report for the candidate: this gives the candidate insight into the results through the questions ‘Who am I?’, ‘What do I want?’ and ‘What can I do?’.

HRorganizer Go is not a full-fledged recruitment software—instead, it is aimed at selection assessments to select candidates for a position. To do more with selection, development, and performance, we would like to refer you to the regular HRorganizer license platform. This is a full platform that has a free demo and full support.

The licensing platform also offers more reporting possibilities as well as tools for insight into the development and performance of your employees such as 360-degree feedback, career advice, and surveys.

HRorganizer Go assessments can be ordered in our online store.

Choose the assessment package based on the number of candidates you want to test for the position. Each of the three packages is suitable for one function.

Setting up the online assessment

After your purchase, you will receive an email from us. This email contains a link you simply have to click on to get to your assessment(s) and thus also come to the results later.
So keep this email.

Setting up the function is the first step in setting up. You can search for positions in two ways:

There are two places to set the language:

1. the language of the candidate’s assessment environment
2. the language of the individual test items

Candidate’s assessment environment
When entering a candidate, you immediately set the language to either Dutch or English. This is the language of the candidate’s HRorganizer Go assessment environment. If you want to change the language later, you can do so in the following way:

This is the language in which the individual tests are made. Set this up before inviting the candidate.

Choose a language per item (by default this is the candidate’s system language)

Change language after inviting:

1. Go to the components of the candidate
2. Remove scores by clicking on ‘more actions’
3. Reset language for the different components
4. Invite the candidate again

If the candidate has not yet started the assessment, you can change the candidate’s email address.

Don’t forget to (re)send the assessment after the above steps. When re-inviting, the old link will expire.

Before starting the assessment, the candidate declares that he/she will act honestly. This includes:

– The candidate takes the assessment alone, without the help of others
– The candidate hereby gives permission to share the results with the organization that invited him/her

When inviting candidates, the deadline is set to one week by default. It is easy to adjust.

Three days before the final completion date, the system automatically sends a reminder to the candidate (if the assessment is not completed).

Yes, you can easily see how far the candidate is in the assessment program.

1. Log in to the assessment program by clicking on the link in the email

2. The first screen you will see is the overview of participants—click on a candidate

3. Click ‘history’ in the menu on the left. You will now see an overview of the actions performed

The interview report has a reading guide. You can find this by clicking on ⓘ under ‘interview report’ under ‘reports.’ In the side panel that appears, you will find the reading guide and interpretation of the interview report as well as a sample report and a classic version of the interview report. The reader’s guide indicates how the interview report should be interpreted and read.

The personal report and ranking report are set up as simply as possible. For this reason, these reports have no reading guide.
